Our Vision, Objectives & Trustee Profiles

The vision of BBK Auas Trust is to promote high quality Football and Sport Development in Namibia and Internationally.

Our Objectives are to:

  • Establish and facilitate ‘Youth Football Leagues’ from Bambino to the young adult level.
  • Implement a ‘General Sporting Concept’ for participating teams to stimulate progressive growth for the individual player and their respective teams.
  • Educate and train up coaches to implement the ‘General Sporting Concept’ and to be able to facilitate a high quality football training within their relevant teams.
  • Partner with clubs, schools, academies and development programs, to help them build up sustainable structures for youth football development.
  • Build up sustainable competition structures that will allow for continuous integration of potential new clubs, schools, academies or development programs.
  • Create opportunity for all classes of society, culture and nationality to come together to celebrate the joy of playing football.
  • Become a key stakeholder with the national football federations and their associates.

Collin Benjamin was a long time Pro Soccer player in Germany, playing for HSV in 189 games and also for TSV 1860 Munich in 18 games. He also played a total of 17 UEFA Cup games.

Collin has a European Coaching A-Licence and was an assistant Coach in the 2nd Bundesliga, Germany. He has played for the Namibian National Team and is passionate about developing talented players for the world of Soccer.

Guido Kandziora is a European A-License Coach from Germany currently working at Deutscher Turn und Sportverein (DTS) as sport director.

His experience as scout and coach at Hoffenheim in India together with five time consecutive promotion of his team as coach with 5 years and his Military National World Cup Champion as Head Coach has given him a cutting edge ability to train and work with teams and individuals establishing high quality players and individuals.

Wieland Klinger is currently the Youth Soccer Head Coach and Coordinator at Deutscher Turn und Sportverein (DTS).

He is also the Co-founder and Director of Futsal Namibia with a 15 year experience as Youth Coach. He started coaching at the age of 14 under coach George Engelbauer. Wieland is passionate about developing proper sporting structures for soccer player development within Namibia and raising the standard of sport overall.
